Maddie joined GreatAmerica Financial Services as an intern in 2021 and quickly became an indispensible part of the team; Collabrance was fortunate to gain Maddie full time as a sales development specialist in December 2023.
In her role, Maddie is a new customer's first point of contact with Collabrance, serving as a resource to field questions and set service providers up for success as they get started. She also uses what she hears and learns about the needs of MSPs to continually create new materials and content designed to attract and engage the customers we serve.
